Our Regional Team has one job... supporting YOU!! We act quickly to deliver the tools, technology and education necessary for success. With more than a dozen branches in the region, our localized approach allows for an originator to focus on building their business while we handle the rest.
Kaylee started in the real estate industry in 2015 and became part of the Prime Family in 2019. Her official title might be Regional Production Coordinator but from marketing to sales support she's your go-to-girl when learning the ropes at PrimeLending.
Born and raised in Dallas, Kaylee loves to spoil her dog, Gracie, is an avid Jeopardy! fan, and is the Football Commissioner of the #PrimePickEm league.
Kim Harland
SVP, Desert District Regional Manager
Kim joined PrimeLending in 2015 and grew AZ, NM, NV, and UT into a $1.6 billion region, now known as the Desert District.
Kim's passion is raising future leaders in the mortgage industry, while providing coaching and mentoring to the Branch Managers in her markets and never losing sight of supporting our Loan Officers as they grow their businesses.
Adam Carey
Regional Production Recruiter
Adam has been recruiting and team building since 2007 and is passionate about helping take Loan Officer's careers to new heights.
When he's not posting awesome memes on LinkedIn, you can usually find Adam outdoors making memories with his wife and kids at their home in Northern Idaho.
Craig Heintze
Regional Operations Manager
Craig joined the 'herd' in 2010 and moved through the ranks from loan officer support through processing and then to Regional Operations Manager.
Born in San Antonio, Tx and then raised in South Carolina, Craig loves playing sports and being outside whether it's hiking to family time to going on cross-country road trips on his motorcycle. He is our go-to for all things operations and is here to support our region any way that he can!
